Our minimum order value to qualify for bulk discounts is set at US$2,000.

We provide several shipping options for your consideration. We will advise you of the cost of your shipment once you place your order.

Courier: Our courier partner, TNT (www.tnt.com), offers an 'orange box' service whereby you can ship bulk purchases economically. To enjoy the maximum economic benefit, the weight of the shipment can be up to 25 kg. The transit shipping time is 2-10 days.

EMS: For EMS, the maximum shipment weight is up to 30 kg. Please allow for up to 3-10 days to receive your order.

Ordinary Parcel: Cheaper than express air delivery, ordinary air parcels are shipped by Thailand Post (www.thailandpost.com) and will take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive at their destination.

Sea: Shipping by sea is the most cost effective option, although it can take up to 2 months before the shipment arrives at the port of destination. The minimum shipment is 1.5 cubic meters, or 300 kg, depending upon which is greater.

Lead-time varies depending on the availabilities of the stock ordered coupled with the volume of the purchase and the season. We will advise you upon receipt of your enquiry.

Once you have placed your order and have received our confirmation email followed by our faxed Letter Of Intent (LOI) and invoice, you will need to pay 50% of the value of your order. The balance should be paid before shipment of the products. We will advise accordingly.
